Trackir 5: Pro with the track clip is being used. Latest software is being used. I have used the troubleshooting and forums to try and fix this problem: Tracking has recently become erratic. No software changes have been done on the computer to contribute to this problem. Tracking problem is NOT due to ambient light in the room. Trouble persists during day and night use. In the camera view under the display tab, 3 green dots (the 3 dots flash between green and red) can be seen in the camera view. However, a vertical line of small red dots can be seen down the center vertical line in the camera view. The software shows the number of these small red dots to be between 20 and 40. The number changes very rapidly. In addition the green light on the camera flashes rapidly and without rhythm.
Edit: Camera is oriented to the top of the screen, half way between the center and the left corner of the screen.

Hi Curt. Can you upload a screen shot of the camera view with the vertical line of small dots?

Same problem here! Even more red dots on my screen with TrackIR Pro. Everything seems to work with standard TrackIR device.
