Is there a trick to getting TrackIR to work on 64-bit Win7 Pro? I installed the SW, then plugged in the device, it said it installed the driver. I then ran the SW and it seemed to detect the device, but the camera LEDs don't come on.
This is on a laptop, works fine on my desktop machine (though that's 32-bit Win7).

Problem Solved! Apparently the laptop USB ports weren't providing enough power. I bought a self-powered USB hub, plugged TIR into that, and now it works!
Re: Win7 x64?
Are you using the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro, with the camera?
Do you have the TrackClip, or the TrackClip Pro selected in the IR software?
Have you tried plugging the camera into another USB port?
Do you have the TrackIR camera plugged into the PC, thru the TrackClip Pro splitter?

See my reply above yours. The problem was I needed a self-powered USB hub. That seems to have fixed it.
