Track IR not reconizing FSX

Whenever i try to launch TrackIR 5 with Flight Simulator X it comes up as Microsoft ESP i also have no way to pause, center or precision the trackir with the Sim in windowed mode.

I am running Vista 32 bit
FSX ACC PACK SP 1 & 2
and im running TRACK IR 5 and FSX in admin mode

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Are you starting both applications, with the right click, run as admin?

Are you running any other applications in the background?

i did not have them both in admin mode that fixed the problem
