Trckir 5 @ USB 2.0

Hello guys, im a new user of trackir 5 and i have two little problems.

The first one is when i plug the camera a system message pop up and it say "this device can perform faster if you plug it in a USB 2.0 port" but the problem is i only have USB 2.0 there is no 1.1 USB ports even at the front panel in my motherboard. I checked the BIOS config for USB ports and everything is just fine

The second one is when i double click the trackir 5 software shortcut whit the camera pluged in nothings happens the software dont run at all. This happens sometimes not always but if i unplug the camera it runs perfect then i plug the camera and works fine.

Here is my system spec:

MB: Asus m4n72-e
Processor: Athlon II 250 @3.0 standar cloks
Memory: 1x 2 GB OCZ
PSU: OCZ 600 w
OS: Windows 7 32 bits
GPU: Ati 5770 vapor X @ CCC 10.9

1 - This is a firmware false report, and is caused by an error reading the unit itself.

2 - Do you see the issue, with the 4.1.037 software?

First of all thanks for replying.

1 - So it is totaly normal and i don't have to care about it.Right?

2 - I'm at work right now and i can't remember whick version of the software i have installed. I think it is the last release. I donwloaded it at 02/10 but i will try 4.1.037 version as soon as i can.
