only one green LED on the side is ON, is this normal?

Hi guys,
my trackIR seems to be working fine. However I do not
see the other green LED turn on when the device detects the tracker pro headset? Only one turns on . Shouldn't the other LED turn on as well?

The first LED indicates that the TrackIR is on and tracking motion. The second indicates that the software is connected to a TrackIR Enhanced game. If you only have the TrackIR software open, and not a supported game, it is expected that only one LED will be on.

I am using X-plane 9.60. Shouldn't it turn on if I am actually able to use the track IR? ( i have track IR enabled in the option)
