Problem With Motion...

I am currently using Track IR 5 Software. I have checked camera view and there is nothing in background causing the problem.

When i move my head down it will stop moving and the top vector relector will go read same with turning left and right sometimes..Any tips or tricks

Are there any other red/green/gray objects in the camera view?

How far away from the camera are you?
