Win7 64-bit. TrackIR freezes and the lights go out after not using it for a length of time, I think around an hour. This is guaranteed. The software doesn't hard freeze, but motion is no longer detected and the LEDs go out. Exiting and re-entering the software fixes it. Others on the Eagle Dynamics forum running the same OS are having this issue as well.
Turning off power saving in the device manager for the USB device/hub does not work.
It's not a showstopper, but it's annoying restarting the software whenever I want to play a game. Any ideas?
Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
Re: Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
Are you connected directly to the PC, or using hub?
Re: Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
I'm guessing this is a desktop system?
Are you plugging the TrackIR camera thru the TrackCLip pro as well?
Do you have access to an external USB hub, to try with the camera?

Re: Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
I'm running it through a desktop system. I am using the passive hat clip, not the active pro. I will try using the hub on my monitor.
I seem to have found a workaround using the Windows task scheduler - having it relaunch every hour. Will post if this seems to effectively fix it.

Re: Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
After trying more, this does not seem to fix it.
Re: Freeze after computer idle or hibernate
Installing the new beta fixed this.
