Manual uninstall of Version 5.0 - Final B

I am using Windows XP Pro 64-bit. I can't uninstall Version 5.0 - Final B using the "Add or Remove Programs" list. Please tell me what files, registry entries, ect. I need to delete to uninstall it.

I meant a list of all the files, registry entries and other things that are created when it is installed, not just the one to remove it from the "Add or Remove Programs" list.

When I try to uninstall it from Add or Remove Programs, I get this:

It also creates a file folder under program files (or program files (x86))

I finally deleted it from the list, it was in some WOW6432 registry folder. Anyway, when I try to install either 5.1 b2 or 5.0 final B I get this:

Try deleting the following file folder, then reinstalling

C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{F3CA05B7-B4C0-4C9B-AAA6-16B868B35DF2}

I also got an error uninstalling 5.0 Final B.

It's on 64-Bit Vista.

After I'm asked if I want to save a profiles backup, a small window pops up with a "Sample Profile"/"Unknown error". It tried it both ways, with and without backup. Backup indeed is performed.

That's it, the programm tree is surviving and TrackIR5 is still listed in the installed software list.

This happens also after a fresh reboot, TrackIR is not running.
