Hi all, i'm just looking for people opionions of wheather it is worth changing from a tracker IR3 to IR5.
1. The main problem i currently have with my IR3 is that when i sit it on my lcd the FOV of the camera doesnt pickup the 3 points of the hat clip very well and unless return to the same position i find that one of the reflective pads goes out of sight of the camera. Is this so much of an issue with the IR5? I can't really move my camera back any futher (thanks to Mr. Wall).
2. The delay in the time it takes to receive and process the data by the camera is not really an issue at the moment but is there a noticable difference between the IR3 and IR5?
I guess what i'm considering is if it is worth while to upgrade. My main gripe is point 1 as it bothers me no end that when i want to use the vector features to zoom in and look up or down one of the sensors goes out of view.
any thoughts?

I posted my experience of upgrading from a TIR 3 w/ vector to TIR 5 a while back. Here is the thread:

In a nutshell, it is definitely worth it.
