track ir NOT WORKING

my track ir 5 just fall on the ground... at a first look it seems not to be broken anywhere but now it has only the left green light on when i start track ir and also when i use it with FSX.....MAYBE IT IS DAMAGED??????
BEFORE THIS I ALSO HAD TWO red lights on........txs 4 help

definetely my FSX DON'T SEE THE CAMERA, ONE LEFT GREEN DOT ON AND NO FOUR RED BOX LIGHTS INSIDE THE CAMERA...... and game enabled blue light on bottom right hand corner is offPLS HELP ME

Hi. I have a similar problem, but I have not dropped my trackclip pro. Drivers are the newest (5.1) its a TrackIR5 and only the left light on the camera is lit when the trackIR program is on. The green lights flashes like a strobe light. No red LED lights are visible on the Trackclip and when looking at the cursor in the TrackIR program its stuttering around like crazy for every movement I make with my head, and when I'm completely still.

The camera appears to properly see the targets, if you move around, does the trackable object appear to move within the camera view box (upper right corner)?
