V120:TRIO is not working well

Hi,

I have purchased a V120:TRIO for my company (MASMEC) but I'm not able to make it work. I have downloaded the software Traking Tools 2.3.3. (Build 10604) and installed it on my pc.
I have connected the hardware as it is explained on the quick start guide, but after starting Tracking Tools Software no trackable is visible in the 3d preview. On the other hand the trackable is visible in the three windows of the camera preview. What should I do to make it work correctly?

p.s.:I have tried also with a previous release of tracking tools software (2.3.2).

Please contact support@naturalpoint.com to receive a beta release of an upcoming Tracking Tools version designed for our new Trio calibration system. 2.3.3 does not fully support this.
