hi to all. I have a track 5 158958, today when I tried to connect my track, I discovered that I did not noted any more. does not turn on no green or red light. I tried to connect only 1 usb port and disconnect the other, but to no avail, I downloaded the 4.1 software, but nothing so I put the 5.1.3 and uninstalled and reinstalled but still the problem ... excuse my English. can anyone help me? thanks

fully resolved. the problem was a USB port that did not suffiente power
