Hi
I purchased my TrackIR4pro with hat trackclip in 2009, I was using it with Falcon AF, it worked perfectly on my PC with XP.
Then I transitionned to Win7 , and waited a compatible version of Falcon with W7. Falcon BMS arrived this month so I installed my Track IR on my conputer with software version 5.1.300.
It doesn't seem to work on my system, I have removed the 5.1.300 version to replace it with the 4.1.038Final to check...the lower LED was flashing blue every 7sec, and I recall that the upper LED did glow RED once but is now off and status was saying no device detected.So I went back to 5.1.300 and to this forum...
I must say I also installed it with 4.1.038 Final version on a laptop with WinXP just to test and , here again lower LED was flashing blue every 7sec, and that's all.
Question 1/ Can U help ?
when Red is ON: NO clip is being tracked, and TrackIR Enhanced output IS paused says the manual
Question 2/ How do you escape the pause then ?

The device appears to have suffered some kind of fault that has caused its memory to become corrupted.
It's possible that it could be reprogrammed back at the factory, but it might not be economically viable to ship it back and forth from france to do this compared to the cost of a new device.

What leads you to this conclusion, one of the photo attached or the misfunction description I made ?
What about the TrackIR output Pause ? is there a process to exit this pause ?

The serial number is being reported as "0" in the software.

If you wanted to ship it to us for reprogramming, we could do that for you. We'd just need to ask that you cover the return shipping. To estimate the cost of return shipping, go to the TrackIR website, put a TrackIR camera in your cart, and checkout. The price listed for shipping there will be the same as it would be for return shipping on a reprogram.

Thanks Mike for the proposal, but you're right according to the price of a new device , shipping in and out is not viable...too bad

Unfortunately, no. The devices are made here in Oregon.
