Gamelist not updating

I'm running V5.1.3 and cannot get he game list updated to include Take on Helicopters.

I've tried manually downloading the zip file with the updates but TOH still does not show up in the game list. The two files are correctly copied to the root directory of my TIR5 installation, ie same place where the exe lives.

Updating via the internet also does nothing.

Reinstalled the software numerous times now. Anyone with some advice that might steer me in the correct direction?

It might be a good idea to just try a reinstallation of the TrackIR software.

Unplug your camera, and uninstall the TrackIR software.
Download a new copy of the latest version of the TrackIR software, and save it to your desktop (note: do not run from the downloader).
Right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" (even if your account is an administrator) Finish the installation as normal, plug in your camera, and verify that drivers are properly installed via the device manager.
Run the software, and see if it works properly.

I've done that a couple of time now already, still no dice.

Could you please mail me the SGL files so I can copy them over manually?

It might be a permission problem since if I delete the SGL files and ask the software to update it never creates these files again. However, I've run TIR5 as administrator and it does not seem to work then either.

Holiday there or what? Very frustrating since I cannot use TIR in TOH and it's killing me! Someone please!!

One thing though, I have to run TIR as administrator for it to see the correct gamelist (updated one with TOH listed). When I just run it as normal user TOH is not listed and I have no idea where it gets that game list from since it's only installed in the default location.

This is not a biggie since it works 100% when I ran it as admin.

It's a Windows permissions thing. We're in active development on a new installation method that should hopefully remove these issues.
