Re: TrackIR on Macintosh
I just got my new trackir + trackclip pro and I'm very disappointed, that there is no driver for Mac OS X available
Thanks,
Chris
Thanks,
Chris
Re: TrackIR on Macintosh
Yep, disappointed as well
Just switched to an IMac, not to disappointed about loosing FSX and switching to X Plane (although feeling sorry about the money invested...)
But the TrackIR was just as valuable as adding a proper joystick. It's now looking at me very sadly from the top of the monitor...
The idea about a poll checking out interest for Mac support is great. You'll probably be surprised!

Re: TrackIR on Macintosh
I would really like to buy your product. Please let me give you my money for a product that functions with a Mac!

I too am a Mac switcher. I would be one of your first customers to buy a Mac OSX version of TrackIR! Please consider us!

Economics 101 : How to increase sales of TRACK IR - ADD MAC SUPPORT!!
I'll add my voice, if developers can write plugins that support other USB devices like the Saitek panels (which were designed for Windoze but now there's plug-ins for Mac), surely the same could be done for Macs & x-plane and Track IR?
Please Natural-point? Add Mac support and increase your market share by 30% that currently cant use your hardware due to lack of OSX Support!
Thank-you!

Bump - I'm currently developing a flight simulation for Mac OS & iOS

and I would like to add TrackIR to the Mac version.
I can't imagine that it's that hard to write a driver for OS X.

I can confirm linux-track works great on my iMac 27". I use it with TrackIR 5 and X-Plane 10.
