External View in FS9

Is it possible to use my Track IR 5 Pro to pan the external view of my aircraft in FS9 please, if so how?

By pan do you mean hold your head in one position, say left, and have it continue to look around?

If so, then no. There is no auto-pan feature currently in TrackIR.
