When using my new track ir 5 I only have one green light on the right side as I'm looking at it. It starts out with two then it just switches off. I noticed when I pause track ir I get one red light(left) one orange(right). Thanks for any help.

Hello -
The right green light indicates that the TrackIR is functional and a TrackIR enabled game is running.
The left green light indicates that the TrackIR software is running and tracking you. If the left light goes out, it's possible that it has lost track of you. Check the TrackIR software's camera view feature for more information.
