Getting the Vector Expansion Activation to Work

After getting my new PC and Win7 up and running, I had some problems getting my TrackIR4 properly working in all my flight sims. I had updated from TrackIR3 to TrackIR4 some years ago. I re-installed my original TrackIR3 from the disc and updated to version 4.1.038. Expecting to be able to activate the Vector Expansion, I found that I do not know or have record of my Vector Serial number or my Vector Hash number. I do have a TrackIR serial number. Where is it possible to find these numbers? Thanks for any help in this matter.

If you have a lost vector serial, it can be recovered by emailing your camera serial number to support@naturalpoint.com.
