One green LED only -quick question

Hello all,hope you are all well

Now I just received my TrackIR-5 and all seems to be well,the software is good and easy to navigate,even to the deeply untechnical (like me),and it seems to be following my head movements etc (I have the Headset clip).
one thing tho :only one green LED (on its right-facing me) is glowing, I get 2 oranges when 'paused' (so the bulb works) so I was wondering, is this normal?

Also,on a side note,does anyone know if those reflective stickers (in the shop on the main site) work with TrackIR-5 ? and do you get instructions with them?

Any help would be sincerely appreciated

Hello -

The left light indicates that the TrackIR software is running and is currently tracking you. If the left light is not on and you are operating the software, please email support and we will look at warranty status for you.

Keep in mind that the right light should only come on when a TrackIR supported game is running.

I have the same situation--perhaps this is by design (and the image on the software is just erroneous).

Is only one green light (the left one) supposed to come on for the Status LEDs?
