SOFTWARE CRASH

I bought trackir 5 pro, I just installed the soft and when I run it, this is that is happening :



Here my config :

Asus all in one 24", I5 2400S, RAM 6GO, DD 2TO, NVIDIA� GeForce� 540M 1024 Mo, Window 7 Edition familiale premium 64bit.

What is the problem ?

System service exceptions are generally driver related. The fact that it's coming on when you try to launch the software tells me it's likely either the USB subsystem drivers, TrackIR drivers, or video drivers.

Is the TrackIR plugged into a USB3 port? If so, try moving it to a 2.0 or 1.1 port if available.

Have you updated your drivers to the latest (296.10 i believe?)

Have you tried disabling triple buffering for the TrackIR application through the nVidia control panel?
