Back Again :(
Built a new computer
Track IR5 was working on my old computer

On the first installation Windows recognized the device and I got the "No device detected" error

Uninstalled and deleted Natural Point folder from C drive
UAC control set to "never notify"
Downloaded 5.1.3 Final software to desktop, Ran as administrator

Device does not appear in Device Manager

Thoughts?

Hey, looks like we're talking over email too. TrackIR does not appear in HID, it's in it's own heading called "NaturalPoint Devices". Do you see that in the device manager?

Thanks for your help Mike
Looks like its some sort of hardware failure
So question is... should I get another TrackIR5 or wait for the TrackIR6?

At the moment there are no plans on the table for a TrackIR 6, so I'd recommend going with the 5 :)
