Hello,
I have a new Trackir 5. It works 100%
If I use the clip on my hat, the tracking is 100%. It follows my head motion perfectly.
However, The proclip does not give the same results. If I turn my head to the side, the image tilts - usually down. Since the clip on my hat works perfectly, I can use the system with my flight simulators. I would like to know if I missed something in the setup of the PROCLIP.
Thanks in advance,
Ron Sagel

Re: NEWBIE to TRACKIR 5 - proclip question
Hi Ron,
Make sure that you change the "Tracking Target" under Basic settings to TrackClip PRO. Also, make sure you offset the TrackIR 5 on your monitor when using the TCP, so it is in front of the clip (necessary since the TCP mounts on the side of your head, not the front).

Re: NEWBIE to TRACKIR 5 - proclip question
Hello,
Thank you for the help. Actually, the problem was probably a
"newbie" issue.
I did not swing the PROCLIP arm down to the bottom. Once I
did this, the TRACKIR worked fine.
Thanks,
Ron Sagel
