Hi everyone, here's my issue:
I just installed my new Track IR. After a zillion of troubles, i think i solved them by pluging Track IR in a USB 2.0. I launch Track IR and everything is fine, but after a while, my keyboard stops working. Any key seems to respond. Everythings ok, mouse works, system works, Track IR works, but not my keyboard.
I've tried to reinstall everything, but the problem is still there. Sometimes my keyboard starts to type random characters before stop working.
Any idea would be very appreciated.
TrackIR 5 + Clip makes my keyboard stop working

I'd like to get some more information about your set up.
How many USB devices do you have?
What is the make/model of your keyboard?
Do you have USB 3 ports and what is plugged into them?
What USB chipset does your motherboard use? (if you're not sure I can help you find out)

First of all, thanks for the answer.
I'll try to give you all the info i can.
I have both USB 2 and 3 ports, and i have a mouse and a keyboard plugged in them. And a joystick in a USB 2 port.
I can hardly tell que model of my keyboard, it's a microsoft keyboard. I think the model is "Microsoft wired keyboard 600".
and my motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H.
Let my know if there is any more info you need.

Unless your keyboard, mouse, or joystick say they are compatible with USB 3 I would try to get them all onto a USB 2 port. USB 3 is supposed to be backwards compatible but some devices have issues depending on USB chipset.

Is this a laptop? If so, or if you have a smaller Power Supply Unit, you may need more power, to power the USB ports. Are you using a USB Hub? If not, you may want to look into purchasing a Powered USB Hub.
Just a thought...
