Run TrackIr on IL-2 Sturmovik w/ Windows 7 not as Admin

Currently, my TrackIr only works on IL-2 Sturmovik when both are run as Administrator, but I need it to work when both are just opened normally, so my TrackIr will work when playing online through Hyperlobby, which automatically opens IL-2 the normal way( not as administrator ). I run Windows 7. Help?
