Question on setting up used unit.

I'm about to sell my Track IR 5 and wasn't sure what the person buying it would need to get it running on his system. Is it possible to download the latest software from the website and that's it? Or is there any activation type thing needed to be done as well.

Unfortunately, I didn't save any of the packaging and just have the unit and extra Pro clip that was extra.

I recently got a used TrackIR 5 for a second computer. All I have to do is download the latest driver and that's it.
