When tilting the TrackClip Pro LEDs up by about 20-30 degrees the tracking lights shown in the app turn red and the green light on the left side of the camera turns off and tracking stops. This also happens with the TrackClip.
Used to work fine when I first installed it.
Any thoughts?

Hi Sebastian. Have you adjusted any camera settings recently? Could you post your settings for us to review?

Re: Dots turn red in camera view when looking up
The camera needs 3 reference points. When you tilt the Pro clip, or move your head, that far, the camera cannot see all 3 points. The camera has 2 LED Status indicators on left and right side.
The left side LED gives you visual confirmation that the camera can see all 3 reference points. This will display with no program running. Just move the Clip, or Pro Clip( while powered on ), into view and the LED lights up green; if all three points are visible to the camera. If you move one of the points out of view, the LED turns off.
The right side LED gives you visual confirmation that the software has detected a compatible program running, and has loaded a profile.
Both LED lights will turn red if you pause the camera tracking.
In the software( camera view ), if the camera sees the Pro Clip, but the light level in your room is too great, they will turn red, and the status indicator will turn off.
You can adjust the camera sensitivity, LED intensity and IR brightness, on the camera tab of the software. Have you recently moved your computer, changed window hangings, change your light bulbs with something stronger or something to that effect?
Hope that helps!

Thanks guys, I figured it out.
The bottom and middle LED started to overlap so it went from tracking 3 to tracking 2 objects.
Had to rotate the bottom ever so slightly to the left to keep that from happening.
Love my TrackIR
