Camera distortion during calibration

We ended up buying three R2s
Straight away we've noticed they calibrate a lot easier than our custom lit cameras and perform a lot better.

Problem now is we have a bit of a scattered setup:
3 x R2s
4 x SLIMs with custom LED lights

Ideally we'd like 7 x R2s, I dont suppose you offer any type of trade in?

We have gone the other way and decided to use just SLIM's and LED's rather than reflective balls.

Problem is we can't calibrate. How do people calibrate using the SLIMs?

We tried creating a group of 3 wide LED's in the same distances as the calibration wand but this gave us awful results.

we tried the 1-marker calibration but the "Calibrate" button remains greyed out.

Any suggestions would be welcome
