I just noticed that the distances reported by Tracking Tools are not in millimetres as I expected, but are instead doubled. For example, the real distances between markers on the calibration square (found using a tape measure) are as follows:
Origin to end of X axis: 300mm
Origin to end of Z axis: 400mm
End of X axis to end of Z axis (diagonally): 500mm
However, the coordinates of the markers reported by Tracking Tools result in the following measurements:
Origin to end of X axis: 600mm
Origin to end of Z axis: 800mm
End of X axis to end of Z axis (diagonally): 1000mm
These measurements are out by double the distance. Is there any reason for this? It seems like an arbitrary scaling that isnt useful. Im currently having to halve all of the measurements I obtain using Tracking Tools because of this.
Is there any way I can force Tracking Tools to return the true real-world distances?
