I just recieved my TrackIR in the mail today, and have been having a great deal of trouble to get it to work properly. I think it is a hardware issue with my camera. Camera view here:

Thanks for submitting the photos and calling into NaturalPoint. As I said over the phone, I strongly believe this is a hardware issue with the TrackIR. I have edited your post to remove the photos because it displayed your TrackIR Serial number.
