I guess it has been officially confirmed...so the big question is will TrackIR 5 follow suit? I can't imagine you guys wouldn't be working on this with DICE, but it would be nice to hear if there has been any progress.

Can't let the console kids have all the fun!

We've had several conversations with top decision makers at Dice, and they've indicated a desire to implement, but likely not in time for launch. While frustrating to potentially not be included in the initial release, we are going to continue to reach out to them until the code is in place and heads are being tracked. :-)

In the meantime, is it possible to use the 'Mouse Emulator' software to at least the TrackIR headgear to look around in vehicles when the 'Mouse Look' button is pressed in the game?

I have followed the instructions (load Mouse Emulator, have TrackIR running when game loads) but the game (BF4) doesn't respond to TrackIR inputs when the 'Mouse Look' function is activated (or otherwise).

Really hope that Dice can implement the TrackIR headset in the game. Would be nice to use the track IR in an arcade environment as opposed to just in flight sims.
