activate and sunlight problem

i just recieved my track ir5 + vector basecap expansion set .

i read i can activate my track ir and my track clip , but nowhere in the box of the track ir a code to activate. ???? no activate button on the software too.

i cant use the track ir , always sunlight distorting the cam . treshold at max , helps but not enough to have track ir workin.

Hello caseystef,

If you purchased the TrackIR 5, you don't need to activate the Vector Expansion. It is already activated with TrackIR 4 and 5. As for the sunlight problem, the only way to fix it is to use it where there isn't as much direct light. It is an IR based camera and sunlight will interfere with it. If you have increased to light threshold to maximum and it still will not work. You would need to move the camera or computer until there isn't as much light.
