Hello,
I recently purchased TrackIR 5 and installed on my system. The infra -red light came on once and it worked fine. But recently, The red infra does not show even though it detects the camera and show green light indicating that the camera is working. But the camera does not read the reflectors or the pro clip that i purchased just lately. How do i remedy the situation please.
