So i just got Trackir today and i loaded up all the software and everything and my games dont recognize Trackir. So i discovered what may be the problem is Trackir under Hardware and Devices is listed as an Unspecified Program. Is there anyway to change this?
By the way im running Windows 7

If you go into the device manager, can you point it to the correct drivers? Does it show an error code on the unspecified device? What version of the software are you installing? Have you attempted removing and re-installing the software?
