Hi,
I've had your older TrackIR 4 version for some time now. I decided to upgrade after the device fell to the floor and would no longer stay in tact. I attempted to install your newest device, however my computer can't detect it. I checked the device manager and noticed the drivers are in fact installed. Upon attempting to uninstall the device from the control panel I keep getting this error message. Any suggestions? Oh by the way, I installed it on a second computer( my laptop) and the device works fine. I think there must be a conflicting issue but I'm not sure where to begin. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried running the installer a second time and opting for the repair option? If that doesn't resolve the issue please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com.
