Wireless switch/clicker?

I recently purchased Smartnav and have been using the Specs Cap Switch as the mouse clicker. This works very well, except I would like to be able to move away from the computer but the cord prevents me. Can I use a wireless switch? I don't see any available in the Smartnav store, but I think the following may work: http://www.especialneeds.com/assistive- ... tches.html
