Track Ir 5 & P3D Crash

I am having a TrackIR crash about every 5 mins in Prepar3d. My system specs are below as well as a copy of the last event log. Any help would be appreciated.

The TrackIR hasn't been fully tested on Windows 10 yet. Have you tried removing and re-installing the software? Have you adjusted the compatibility settings for the software at all?

Ok, I gave up on win 10. Reinstalled win 7(64), trackir 5.2 and P3d on fresh SSD. Although trackir does not crash now, it will quit responding during flight. Ths happens in both MP and SP. Both camera lights remain on but head movement will not track and the last head position freezes. I can restart Trackir and the connection returns but about 10-15 mins later it will freeze again. I am also flying with the VRS F-18 with VRS Tackpack running.

Can you open the Task Manager and see what the CPU usage is for TrackIR when the tracking stalls?
