Device not recognised

Post by badminky »

I have used the track ir 4 pro with the tracking clip for a few years now and have been very happy with these products. This morning however the track camera was not lit and the track ir software was unable to detect any input from the camera. I have used Natural point's trouble shooting guide and the re installation process they recommend. Upon re-installing device manager shows the track ir camera listed as unknown and has a yellow "!" next to it. I have tried to connect the track ir camera to another PC and receive the same message.
If anyone can can offer me any advice this old Falcon 4 player would greatly appreciate it.

badminky,

Did Windows do an update recently? I've seen this once or twice before where an update will kick out our drivers. If you could start a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com I can send you some solutions I have for this driver problem and look into this further if needed.
