FSX doesn't recognize TrackIR

Hello,

Yesterday I've received TrackIR 5 Pro. The TrackIR is working well at the setupsoftware, it recognize well the head-movements, the green LED is lighting, when I start FSX the second LED lights too, but FSX doesn't recognize TrackIR, it also doesn't appear at the settings. I've already downloaded the SP1 and SP2 but it doesn't help. FSX runs on Windows 7. Do you have any ideas? What can I do? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Lennox,

Do you have anything installed that would impact the camera or views? Are you using the 3D cockpit? Have you tried running both as an administrator?

I uninstalled everything, all add ons, the Saitek system and of course the FSX. I Installed the FSX again and downloaded the SP1 , but I've got still the same problem. I tried all views in FSX and I also tried to run FSX or TrackIR as administrator. And I turned off the User Account Control.
Could it be, that my version of the FSX is to old? I think that because the zoom with the + and - buttons never worked.
