TrackIR 1.4.1 won't launch

Hi

Windows 7 64 bit Stable ..runs very well with xplane
Installed latest drivers as admin. ( March 22 2016 )
Diver recognized in hardware

Track IR will not launch..gives error :

Tried all variations of USB ports etc.

From what I remember the error code c000009c is a device error that is most likely related to a failing hard drive.

When is the last time you have checked the integrity of your hard drives using CHKDSK?
