Not saving Application Options

I am using 5.4.1.26786 and I want the program to load when I load Windows. This occurs, but it opens up normally (ie full size).

When I open the Application options screen, I note that the following boxes are unticked
- Minimize to System tray
- Run on System Startup
- Run Minimized

So I tick them all, then press ok. Then some time later, reboot. These same three buttons are still unticked - ie not saved.

Go into the install folder and delete the Settings.xml file. Then make your changes and exit the software. When you open it the next time they should be saved.
