Trackir 4 problem

So, i recently got my hands on a track ir 4. I plugged it in, put on the hat clip thing and opened up the sodtware. It was registered, aaand nothing. There is nothing in the software, if i move around there is no response.

I have tried reinstalling software, drivers etc.

If you switch to the camera view can you see if it is tracking any objects? Does it react in any way if you shine a light into it?
