Having a lot of weird tracking hiccup, issues TrackIr Pro5

Using ProClip, setup all seems okay. For the most part all is okay, but then randomly especially if I look down. I get crazy glitches, where it's like my head breaks (it loses position) and I have to try and reset it. Very frustrating. I have my monitor infront of me, centered camera. Track Pro is clipped onto the left side of my headphones...

Is there any way to get video of our software when the issue is happening? Problems like these are often easier to hunt down a solution for if I can see what is happening.
