TrackIR5 not working

Hello there,

since todays small Game Update my TrackIR5 does not work. It is found by my Computer and appears to work normally. That is in the software itself my head movements are tracked as intended.
But games that I play for some years now with TrackIR wont detect my TrackIR. Also if I click the Rider "Titles" in my software, the software would crash immediatly saying "TrackIR 5.4.2.27545 does not work". So I guess something wicked happened to my games-list in the software?!

I already tried to download the software again and clicked "repair" installation with no success.
Also I completely deinstalled TrackIR and made a new installation to no effect.
I also tried to install an older version of TrackIR but the same error still occurs.
There has been no Win-Update before the issue nor since.

I chose another USB Port with no success. I restarted my rack several times to no effect.
...besides I know that these steps are not really necessary as my Computer finds TrackIR just fine.

Any help is very welcome and thanx in advance! I am at the edge of my imagination what could cause this mess.

Jagdmann,

We've had an slight issue with an update yesterday. You need to go into your %APPDATA% location delete the profilemap.dat, sgl.dat and sgl.sig files. Once those are removed, open TrackIR and have it look for a games list update. That should fix the crashing issue. I'll have the update fixed and out early afternoon today.
