Hi,
I've just received my Track IR 5 with Track Clip.
I'm operating two screens in FSX and the Track IR seems to be acting quite violently. Not appearing straight and all the views are woopy i.e. upside down etc.
Would this have something to do with a dual screen setup?
Thanks.
Lucas.

lucasgozzard,
This wouldn't have anything to do with the dual screens. It sounds like it could be your profile, light interference, or a bad TrackClip. The best thing to do to help in the software is to go into the advanced settings and turn up the light filter threshold in the camera tab. If that doesn't work, you may need to track down and block out the source of the interference. If that doesn't work we can look into the other two options.
Regards,

Hi Mike,
I've tried increasing the light filter threshold but still not a good response.
When I tilt my head down, the screen doesn't pan down very far at all. The range of movements seem very limited. Is this another setting I need to play with. I can't seem to block out any interference if there is any.
Would the Track Clip Pro work better attached to my headset?
Thanks.
Lucas.

Lucas,
If the light filter threshold didn't resolve the issue it may not be an interference issue. Perhaps you should create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com so we can set up a remote session. I'd like to be able to take a look at your profile and what the camera is seeing, then adjust that accordingly to get you the best tracking experience.
