I have a very painful problem with trackir when I bought it just 2 months ago. when I play eurotruck, sometimes the camera goes off all over the place. this happens for 5 seconds on a regular basis. I tried everything in the settings to adjust that but nothing works.

having a dual OS system, I can state that on win10 TrackIR5 is still working correctly

Hello,

I think it might have caused due to the reflection at your background. I faced similar issues one day only to figure out that the reflection was reponsible for it. Try and see if there are reflective surfaces behind your chair especially during the day time.
