OptiTrack Cameras Interference with HTC Vive Pro Tracking

Hi,

we're having trouble getting a Vive Pro to work in our OptiTrack setup. The older Vive version works without interference in our setup.

We followed the following instructions

to sync the OptiTrack system to the Vive system. Unfortunately, this did not help. The Vive Pro still loses connection repeatedly whenever the OptiTrack Cameras are on. It works without problems when they are off.

Can you recommend any settings to try or a different solution?

Hi swenninger,

Unfortunately, as Vive pushes driver updates they potentially change the frequencies that the documentation originally described syncing too. They regularly make changes that require adjustments to the offsets. You can try playing with the offset values to see if you find a new configuration that works, but the best solution would really be to use the OptiTrack cameras for the tracking, and our OpenVR Driver to stream the tracking data where you need it.
