TrackIR crashing

Hello all, I'm having a problem with the trackir application crashing after a few minutes. I have a green left light and good head tracking, but can't seem to keep the program open. I've tried reinstalling, and using past versions. I ran event viewer and this is the error i keep getting, any help would be appreciated:

Soo.. I copied all my steam games and apps i wanted to keep to an external drive and opened the reset this pc options in win 10 settings.

Fresh install of windows 10
installed track ir app
plugged in trackir
copied all games and such back over

everything seems to be working now.
