TrackIR 5 only works when P3d v4.5 Viewgroups view00 is active

I use Viewgroups to configure the P3D display over 4 monitors. This works well, particularly with the virtual cockpit allowing me to experience about 130°horizontal and 45° vertical view angles.

However, when Viewgroups is used in conjunction with TrackIR v5, head tracking is ignored by P3D if View00 is inactive, that is I've selected another screen/view by clicking on the screen. The head tracking only returns if I click on the screen with View00, thereby activating the view.

Is this normal operation for Viewgroups views and TrackIR or is there something that I can do to?

TrackIR v5.4.2.27545 (latest v5 build)
P3Dv4.5.13.32.97 (latest v4.5 build)
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit version 1909 build 18363.836 (all updates are current)

As I don't know if this is a P3D or TrackIR issue, I'll ask the same question on the P3D forum.

It's ChasePlane not P3D or TrackIR!

I just clicked on the "Reset Pointers" option and that fixed the problem.
