1) If everything is working fine, TrackIR will be listed under NaturalPoint devices as shown in the below image. 2) If the device is not properly loading up the driver, it will show up as an Unknown device: In this case, try pointing to the device driver manually:
- Unplug and plug the device back in while monitoring the list to check which unknown device in the list is TrackIR.
- Right-click on the unknown device -> Update Driver -> Browse my computer.
- Find the USB driver and select to install. The USB driver should be found in the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64.sys
