With a number of international customers, we have run into customers refusing delivery after finding out customs taxes and fees were due. We mention it during the checkout process, but still, it was enough of an issue that we removed a handful of countries so we could inform ahead of time.
Please send us an email at trackir_sales@naturalpoint.com with the address you would like to ship to. With that information, we will be able to supply you with a quote and information to purchase. As noted, the shipping costs we quote exclude any import fees that are collected by UPS at the time of delivery. To get an estimate of the import fee, please call your country's customs office or use an online calculating service to get an idea of the cost.
